Ingredients
- 2 tbsps Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsps Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 2 tbsps Bread Crumbs
- 1 Garlic (clove, minced)
- 1/2 Lemon (medium, juiced, zested)
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Haddock Fillet
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400oF (205oC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together parsley, dill, bread crumbs, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
3. Place the haddock fillets on the baking sheet and spoon the herb mixture on top of the
haddock. Gently press it down.
4. Bake the haddock for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
